Hello everyone! My name is Louise, a married mum of two and the creator of Blondies Brownie House.

I started Blondies Brownie House in April 2020 during maternity leave with my second child. I have always enjoyed baking and love pushing the boundaries and trying new and quirky recipes, so after being told many times by friends and family that I should start my own business, I finally had the courage to go for it! What I thought would be a few boxes a week, and a bit of extra money, has blown up to weekly local collection and delivery as well as posting across the UK. 

I hope you enjoy looking at the homemade bakes I have to offer and enjoy eating the tasty treats even more!
